Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms form part of the Nexus Gaming Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must have an active Nexus Gaming account and expressly accept these terms in the client panel before participating. Participation is optional.

1. Discount Program Only

The Affiliate Program rewards eligible referrals only by reducing the recurring rental price of selected eligible Nexus Gaming servers owned by the affiliate.

There are absolutely no cash payouts of any kind. Affiliate rewards are not wages, commission, income paid by Nexus Gaming, withdrawable funds, store credit, account balances, gift cards, refunds, rebates payable in cash, split payments, or transferable value. Rewards cannot be sold, assigned, donated, exchanged, withdrawn, or paid to a bank or PayFast account.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

You must be at least 16 years old, hold one active and accurate Nexus Gaming account, accept the current version of these terms, and keep the affiliate profile in good standing. Nexus Gaming may limit enrolment, operate a private pilot, or close enrolment at any time.

If these terms are materially updated, continued participation may require acceptance of the new version before referral tracking or discounts resume.

3. Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed when a genuinely new customer registers through the affiliate's valid referral link or code. Attribution is permanent and cannot be transferred after registration. One customer can be attributed to only one affiliate and counts no more than once.

Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, accounts controlled by the affiliate, shared payment identities used to manipulate eligibility, test accounts, and registrations without a valid tracked referral do not qualify.

4. Qualifying Active Rental

A referred customer becomes qualified only after maintaining an eligible, paid, recurring Nexus Gaming game-server rental for the qualification period shown in the affiliate dashboard. Payment must be confirmed through PayFast and remain valid, undisputed, and active.

Once-off payments, manual test payments, failed or overdue payments, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, cancelled subscriptions, removed servers, fraudulent transactions, and services supplied without an eligible recurring subscription do not qualify.

5. Regular Affiliate Structure

A regular affiliate receives a 5% rental discount for each qualified active referred customer, up to a maximum 30% discount. The regular reward can be assigned to one eligible active rented server selected in the affiliate dashboard.

If a qualified referral stops meeting the requirements, the percentage may reduce. The current percentage, selected server, and qualification status shown in the dashboard control the reward applied.

6. Super Affiliate Structure

Super Affiliate status is reached at 50 qualified active referred customers. While that status remains valid, a 50% rental discount may be assigned to up to five eligible active rented servers owned by the affiliate.

If the qualified count falls below the threshold, Nexus Gaming may apply the published grace period and then reduce the account to the regular affiliate tier. An administrator may review, approve, suspend, or remove Super Affiliate status where required to correct an error or prevent abuse.

7. Applying the Discount

The affiliate selects eligible servers in the client dashboard. Nexus Gaming may update the corresponding PayFast recurring subscription amount for a future billing cycle. A discount does not alter a charge that has already been processed and does not create a refund or credit balance.

Affiliate discounts cannot reduce a rental below zero, exceed the actual rental charge, or stack with a promotion or another discount unless Nexus Gaming expressly allows it in writing. If eligibility ends, the recurring amount may return to the normal undiscounted rental price.

8. PayFast and Payment Processing

PayFast processes customer payments for actual Nexus Gaming hosting services. Every payment must relate to a genuine order and invoice for services supplied by Nexus Gaming. The Affiliate Program does not collect money from referred customers on behalf of affiliates and does not use PayFast to pay affiliates.

The program is not a multi-level marketing scheme, investment, franchise, business opportunity, money-transfer service, or securities offering. Affiliates must not describe it in those terms or claim that PayFast sponsors, endorses, operates, or guarantees the program.

All payment processing remains subject to the current PayFast General Terms and Conditions. If a program rule conflicts with applicable law, card-scheme rules, PayFast requirements, or payment-provider instructions, the stricter requirement applies and Nexus Gaming may pause or amend the affected feature.

9. Promotion Rules

Affiliates may share their referral link accurately and lawfully. They may not send spam, use deceptive advertising, make false earnings claims, impersonate Nexus Gaming or PayFast, purchase misleading search advertisements, misuse third-party trademarks, or promise benefits that Nexus Gaming has not published.

10. Fraud and Abuse

Nexus Gaming may investigate shared identities, IP addresses, payment tokens, suspicious account patterns, chargebacks, duplicate registrations, or attempts to manufacture qualifying rentals. We may mark a referral ineligible, reverse an incorrect discount, suspend an affiliate profile, or close access where abuse is suspected.

11. Suspension, Cancellation and Ending the Program

Nexus Gaming may suspend or discontinue the program, an affiliate profile, or a reward for fraud, non-payment, breach of these terms, legal or payment-provider requirements, technical risk, or material changes to the service. An affiliate may stop participating by contacting support.

Because rewards are discounts only, ending participation creates no right to a payout, compensation, cash settlement, or payment for referrals. Any recurring rental continues at its applicable normal price unless separately cancelled under the service cancellation policy.

12. Privacy and Records

The affiliate dashboard shows referral status without exposing unnecessary referred-customer information. Nexus Gaming may retain attribution, acceptance, billing, fraud-review, and audit records as reasonably required for operating the program, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or payment-provider obligations.

13. Acceptance

By ticking the acceptance checkbox and joining, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the permanent no-payout rule. Your acceptance time, terms version, account, and security information may be recorded as evidence of consent.

14. Support

Questions about referral attribution or discounts must be submitted through the Nexus Gaming client portal support system. Payment-processing questions may also be subject to PayFast's own support and account procedures.
