Palworld Works on a Hotspot but Not Fibre: What to Check
Diagnose a Palworld connection that works on mobile data but times out on a home fibre connection without exposing private server access.

Test the same computer, game account, server hostname and port on the fibre connection and then on a mobile hotspot. If only the hotspot works, the game server itself is reachable and the investigation should focus on the home connection path.
Record the exact time of each attempt and the error shown by Palworld. A ping result alone is not conclusive because firewalls and servers may ignore ping traffic while the game port remains available.
Check the client and home network
Confirm that the server hostname resolves to the expected public address, remove any VPN or proxy, restart the router and fibre terminal, and retry over a wired connection where possible.
Normal outbound game traffic does not usually require the player to configure port forwarding. If the failure follows the fibre connection, give the ISP the destination hostname, game port, attempt time and a traceroute so it can investigate routing or filtering.

Open a private support ticket with the server name, connection hostname and port, affected player public IP, ISP name, exact error and attempt time. Do not post public IP addresses or server passwords in public Discord channels.
Support can compare the attempt time with server and firewall records, verify the public port mapping and determine whether traffic reached the hosting network.
